not sure- I guess the gynecologist, at least he/she's human, has a good paying job and can always choose at some point to put down the magazine. The panda is probably being screwed by stupid people in the zoo and malnourished on some genetically engineered bamboo and that's why his immune system is so weak that he has a sinus infection.

A panda once went into a restaurant, ate some food and then shot the waiter and left. When questioned by the owner of the establishment as to why he had eaten there, and then shot the waiter and left the panda replied, "I am a panda, it's what i do".
The confused business owner scratched his head with a look of stupidity on his face. So the panda says, "well if you don't believe me then just look it up in the dictionary."
So the owner does, and this is what he reads;
Panda-eats shoots and leaves.
Even so i don't want to be a gynecologist reading People or any other magazine fo that matter
