No one knows for sure. He's rather infamous for not discussing his workout routine. However, some who have seen him workout speculate he could bench 300 pounds. He has definately bulked up since joining the tour.

while he was at Stanford he could bench over 300 lbs - he probably puts more of his focus on core training and flexibility these days - he definitely uses every ounce of strength, he looks like he's trying to kill the ball when he golfs compared to someone like Ernie Els or Vijay - he is very strong and Butch Harmon says he is the most flexible person he has ever seen and he used to call him "Gumby" - it's true

I'm just curious,,,,why on earth would you even care how much he can lift,,,,,if this is what you think of,,,,there's definately alot of other topics you have missed,,,,you should consider what better things you could do with your extra time than to think up ridiculous things like that,,,,,,go give your Mom a hug or somethin',,,,thats just stupid !!!,,,,,,besides,,,,he's a skinny whimp....he'd be lucky to bench 125 lbs,,,,he'd pay someone to do it for him
