Just ask her out, girls like it when guys are confident and straight forwarded. Dont act scared be confident, but not too cocky.. Think of a place you know she would like to go and act like you wanted to go too. Spark up a conversation about it and she will react and then bam!! You can ask her.. " well why dont we go together" Its not hard, the worst thing she can say is No.- Hope this helps-

You can start out by getting to know her and then eventually as the friendship gets better you can ask her out to the movies or just to hang out in general. Take it slow. You don't have to rush anything.
