I think your intention is so very sweet. Their were lots of those that lost their lives and this tragedy should never be forgotten. It is people like you, that make this day a little easier to take. Death of a loved one is bad enough but when a complete stranger offers you a flower in remembrance of that day goes far beyond any words you could say.
I just wish the families of the ones that died that day, could read and receive your rose. What a very special thought.

first of all i am a man cut flowers are expensive,while potter plants flowers , seed, bulbs and risomes that can continue to live and grow cost very little more..cut flowers only last a very short time while.live plants continue to live and produce beauty. you unfortunately have punched one of my "buttons" i pretend to like cut flowere for my wife,s sake and to prevent hurtingsomeones feelings, i have ben at many funerals where the church is literaly packed with dying flowers and thought, why not plant a living tree, or flowering shrub at the gravesite as a lasting, living memorial? that is what i want done when i die,and they can give any leftover money to some worthwhile charity where it can continue to do some good for someone elsewho is still living.. now think about it!!!
