well my 18 month old has a cough for 3 weeks now Her nose is runny and dripping..she has an appitie, but not a huge one..the spots on her legs may or may not be related..the spots could be a rash, chicken pox, heat rash, or even hives...but i would take her to her doctor as soon as possible, get her checked out.

Get your child to a doctor NOW!
Don't wait until morning, get her to an urgent care walk-in clinic if your pediatrician does not have extended hours.
