Most people do not understand even their own religion let alone others.what a person does not understand he fears,fear turns to anger,anger turns to hate and then they try to destroy what they hate.most people slander other religions,even sect's different within their own religions,readily accepting these slanderous lies as true.I have met the BUDDHA, an had a tremendous spiritual experience with the BUDDHA,I honor his wisdom,he is a SAINT."ONE WITH GOD".

Many Christians and Muslims have something against Buddhist. I think Buddhism is a wonderful belief system.

Im a Christian and have nothing against Buddhists....in fact.....my husband and I chose a Buddhist over a Christian to rent to simply because they had better credit!

I don't know? Its pretty hard to dislike a Buddhist.I'm atheist if I had to pick another belief system it would be Buddhism. I love red meat too much and sins of the flesh, thus I wouldn't be good Buddhist material.
I would be suprised with any positive replies.

People are afraid of what they do not understand. Some monotheistic religious followers cannot comprehend or understand the relevance of not believing in a god. Also, some people just hate other religions because it questions their own beliefs. The beauty of buddhaism is that it is accepting of all.

They do not understand them. And ignorant people fear what the do not understand. Buddhism is pure religion but is alien to the ignorant masses of loudmouth bullies and uneducated bums.

because at first they sound so pleasant and enlightening but when you go into it deeper, their religion doesnt make a whole lot of sense. no offense.
