how do i program a matsui vxa 1100 vcr to record from tv?

on the back you will see a RF in/out make sure the arial is in the IN one and the out goes to the tv RF input... or using scarts, make sure tv one is in av1... then you set video to avi and record what is there... when you say to record from tv, you will have to leave tv on at the channel you want, and set timer on video to come on as and when you need it...use the arial too or, why not get a digibox, and record to video from that... easier.... g'luck
