What are some ideas of fighting the battles that are going on with love?

I know one is to pray for our enemy and to show them Love.

Matthew 5:43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. [44] But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; (KJV)

Are their any other Bible verses that stick out in your minds or any other thougts that we can share.

What type of sense does that make? God has enemies and we have enemies.

en·e·my (ĕn'ə-mē)
n., pl. -mies.
One who feels hatred toward, intends injury to, or opposes the interests of another; a foe.

A hostile power or force, such as a nation.
A member or unit of such a force.
A group of foes or hostile forces. See Usage Note at collective noun.
Something destructive or injurious in its effects: “Art hath an enemy called Ignorance” (Ben Jonson).
adj.
Of, relating to, or being a hostile power or force.

[Middle English enemi, from Old French, from Latin inimīcus : in-, not; see in–1 + amīcus, friend.]

SYNONYMS enemy, foe, opponent. These nouns denote one who is hostile to or opposes the purposes or interests of another: betrayed by enemies; a foe of fascism; a political opponent.

To say we had no enemies would be to lie.

Spread the word of God. Tell people about God and how loving (not judgemental) he is. Don't be judgemental, God wouldn't want that. He wants you to love thy enemy, and don't EVER show your enemy hate or your true emotions, instead no matter what, show them happiness.

Instead of praying for them, which does no good except to make *you* feel better, how about doing something real to help others? Donate to a charity, volunteer at a shelter, help build houses, send food, clothing, & money to the desperately poor and war-torn middle eastern countries. That will make the world a better place, no matter what the bible says.

Stop trying to push your religion on others when it's unwanted. That is fine for you to believe in god but its also fine that others dont. So you do your thing and let others do theirs. Have some respect dont be pushing your views on people who dont care to hear them. I am happy with not believing in god and its going to stay that way!

that's a great verse, and don't let those confused lost people bring you down, they are scared and confused by what they don't understand...continue to do what you do and try to bring those lost ones to christ thru your love and kindness and living a life of christ...this is your ultimate goal as a christian to spread the good works of christ and his glory to others, even those who dont' listen...Christ had a lot of people who didn't listen to him (they put him on a cross!!) and he still did what he came here for so never stop your mission!!! God bless!!

Stop trying to push your Christian beliefs on people that want to have nothing to do with it.

That would be a wonderful, and much needed start.

Oh, and realize that your religion is not the only one out there.

Get rid of the televangelist scam artists too.

I could go on all day.

Treat everybody how you would like to treated yourself and be honest.
You do not have to be a Christian to do that I can assure you!

Stop talking about Jesus and do what Jesus did: feed the hungry, work for justice, fight oppression.
