and have to cram like hell for exams and know ur life might be practically over cz youv blown lots of chances about something important but cant even face it or do anything abou tit cz a) its too late b) u physically feel like ur gona colapse..
what do u do??? im so screwed and i cant even cry.. cant even ask for help or beeping anything.. ive landed myself in this mess and even if i try to swim out its near enough impossible especially in the physical condition that im in but i feel like i cant physically make myself feel better if the menace stress which im meant to face wont go away and it wont.. argh.. this is a life defining moment.. why cant i pull it together even when its so late?? if i dont it will only get worse... i know it sounds like im moaning but this is serious ...
what the hell do i do please help me!!!?????

cant explain actual situation too hard and long to explain ...

Take a couple of days to relax. Forget about your problems and go have a good time. Then come back refreshed and with a clear head and think of the solution to your problem.

Whatever you think you have blown it's certainly not the end of your life no matter what happens.

You are a student I take it ? have you been burning the candle at both ends for some time ?, its easy to do you are young and want a life, but also a future. Go take along hot bubble bath then get some sleep. Things will look better in the morning. If things don't improve, then it is time to make some changes. I take it you are talking about "this mess " being your studies and personal relationships. Sometimes the two don't mix. If you are tired things always seem ten times worse. Try to put your troubles aside for tonight, get the bath , go to bed , tomorrow is another day, things may resolve themselves. All the best .

Ok lets start with the easy bit first

GO get some sleep

stop with the craming now it wont help it will only take any chance you have away as you mind shuts down from the lack of rest and the over load

YOU know the information by now or your dont thats the facts
try trusting yourself some you only need rest to prepare for this exam now nothing else will help any. Good luck

Sweetie, you need to get away from whatever this situation is and find someone who can help you sort through your emotions, or you are going to crash. If you can't think or an older trusted friend, pastor, counselor...you need to see a psychologist for some good talk therapy. You can't think straight that stressed out.

And it WILL be ok. I know it doesn't seem like it right now...but after the situation is over...you will be able to look back and not feel all the overwhelming emotion you are right now because it won't be as big of a deal as it seems. Trust me on that.

Hun, first calm down, take a big deep breathe, look how far you have come already, life is not over if you try your best and fail, you can always do again, as for exams-and I have told my kids this, if you do the best you can and it isn't good enough, it is not the end of the world try another route at a different time. Sounds to me like you need some rest some fun and some hugs. Good luck

with out a reason why you feel like this it is hard for me to help you, i ain't a doctor or anything like that, but am the pro at been there got the t-shirt saying.... but if i seen right you also have trouble eating this will lead to being drained and even confused...y r u trapped... i also looked at other people who are so much worse off then me like the starving kids in Africa and that gave me a good kick up the butt, these kids have nothing but i am sitting in a house watching a TV etc, it makes you stop feeling sorry for your self>>> good luck girl and remember to say "i never did mind about the little things",... it does help i don't know why but it does

You have taken the first step and told someone - me!
Life tends to fly at you when you can least take the pressure. You need to try to take a breather if only for a few moments.
You have admitted to yourself that you have a problem, now go tell your doctor and get professional help.
Only you can sort this, but you do not have to go it alone. Use your doctor, family friends, strangers in the street, whoever or whatever it takes.
One day at a time.

Been there. F*** it! lifes too short to risk your health over.
Take a year out, if as they say stress can take up to ten years off your life. Taking a year out could give you an extra nine years to make up for it. I worked myself to collapse last year, now i'm back and better than ever. Trust your body, if it's doin something thats harming it, eventually it will stop u doin it one way or another.
This IS a life defining moment, although it may not be in the way you think.

Listen, Breath slowly and deeply sit back and relax, its to late now to panic. I am great believer in the Sods Law iev What will happen will happen if your exhausted you cannot do yourself any good, if this is a fail use it as the stepping stone to your first pass, experience teaches us more than books, don't panic and don't get depressed Like the saying goes if at first you don't succeed buy a Parrot with no teeth. CHILL!! Just do what you can and good luck !!

Stress is like pain, it's useful in the short term, but in a few weeks you won't even remember how it felt.
