In my opinion, it's the following Southern states: Oklahoma, TEXAS, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, South and North Carolina.
Friendly, sweet, beautiful, yet tough and intelligent.

I would not put Kentucky on this list for ANY reason. Period. They're not all that friendly.
