You cannot eliminate stress, it's there, no matter what. What you can do is learn better skills for dealing with stress. Skills that help you to control your response to stress rather than letting stressors control your responses. Find a good stress management counsellor.

the best way i deal with stress is by having a long soak in the bath and then a good massage and sex session.

do something relaxing, go to the beach (if you live near a beach), get a massage, take a vacation, get away, meditation, read a book, write a poem, go to a party, talk about her problem, laugh about her problem, aromatic candles, etc, etc
