It's pretty undeniable that there were Neanderthals. And dinosaurs (although not at the same time...)
And, ummmm, F.i.e.r.c.e.: they have a LOT of fossils, including Neanderthals. Pick up a science book sometime... and maybe also check into the scientific definition of "theory".

Correction, we did not descend from Neanderthal man, Neanderthal man coexisted for a time with Homosapiens but in the end our line survived while theirs did not. Also, there were several other steps before Neanderthals and Homosapiens.

The bible is a book of parables and stories designed to teach you about religion & being a good person. The science proves the history of our species.
One could be esoteric and try to combine the two, but that's not me. The bible isn't meant to be taken literally, the science can only be taken literally. It's like trying to compare apples to small children.

Let's say you find a set a bones in your back yard and you present them to an artist and tell him to please draw a picture of your dog.
You would get a picture of an animal that looked like a dog, It doesn' matter what animal those bones really are.
The same is true with neanderthal bones, Scientist tell artists that these bones represent a sub species man, please draw me a picture of one. What do you get - a picture of a hairy man almost standing upright.
If you gave an artist those bones and told him that they represented a modern tribe in the south pacific,
That is what you would get a picture of.
The descripition is in the mind of the interpeter.

Adam and Eve are archtypes; they are not literal people. Cavemen and the like existed as far as current scientific methods can ascertain.

Your "undeniable fact" lacks evidence. There isn't one complete, or near-complete skeleton of neanderthal man.
At one point, people DID live in caves. Somewhere, they probably still do. But that doesn't make them another species.

Adam and Eve is the point when they started to become human beings and society learned morality unlike the animals.

Auggghhh! Someone push F.i.e.r.c.e. in front of a bus please! Yes fossilized neanderthal skeletons have been discovered, please lay of the crack.
The bible is a story, people who take it literally are prats.
And for the record evolution is a theory, in the same way that gravity is a theory.

Just understand that the BIble is not a scientific document, its spiritual and symbolic.
Science and the Bible mostly don't mix, that's ok I think.
