yes but probably not for a lexus you might have to go to the dealership

They do, but only for older cars. They wont be able to program the chip in any new car key. I work for Nissan, to make a new key for even a base-line altima we need a new key and chip, and to program the car to accept the key. This requires a special tool and comunicating with a nissan database to program the new code.
