Yes, just be careful and really "screen" the people before agreeing to meet in person and when you do meet make sure it is a very well lit, public place.

I have tried on line for a couple years now. I must be going about it wrong, but I have met several guys. Some sexy, funny others just rude. One I was close friends with for 3 years. I got tired of sharing him with his wife. I ended it. I am still looking for Mr. Right. Just not sure he is on line on the personals. I will keep looking. Realize people want sex try to get to know someone before you give it up. Lots of guys don't wear condoms. They think they don't need them. If I get pregnant. The baby is mine and not his. I told him to put on a condom. Serious no joke. Good Luck.

yes, but be very aware that a lot of personal descriptions you read, they can be deceiving! I had a friend, who trough a dating site meet this guy, and he first appeared like the one she had meet on the Internet, but he changed and she doesn't want to believe it... (she is far gone believe me!) so as long as you realise that the best conversations or story's could also be from the best lyres! You might just find the one!

I met my girlfriend on match.com after being on match.com and yahoo personals for about a year and a half, and it finally paid off.... i met somebody that i probably wouldn't have met otherwise, and now I'm happy and in love..... so from my expeience, go for it!!! But it takes time (and money in subscription renewals) so don't expect to meet someone that works out within the first few months.... People told me I wouldn't find a worthwhile real relationship online, and they were very wrong...

Its all about how you feel about it, i personally know 3 couples who have meet off the dating site and now are married and have children and are very happy, But depends on what you are looking for too.

not a problem..done the same although I don't put pics on..you never know where they may end up - you can be cut and pasted anywhere these days!!!!!
You meet some decent folk and some pervs just out for the leg over....but hey you soon get wise.

Yes, you could genuinely meet someone special. I met my other half three years ago on the web. But be cautious and use common sense.

They can be many happy endings. It depends how comfortable you are meeting a person who may of fed you lies, Why not try your luck at pubs & bars!
