And yes I do agree - one more reason to show that religion does nothing but draw lines and create divisions...

Yes I do, that and full blown media coverage of 9/11 that tries to put us in a depressing state and a state of fear that it could happen again. Honestly, I really don't want to see it unless what is being said involves the FINAL decisions on the new tower and the memorial or a little moment of silence or coverage of the memorials going on for a little while. anything more than that is ignoring the other issues that are going on right now in order to keep people engaged in the TV so that they don't miss an Fing commercial! It sickens me

More importantly, it is a day to remember that Man is, by His very nature, depraved. While the Islamic fascists are the flavor of the day, a look through history will show you that every people group, every culture, every religious or areligious stripe has committed horrible atrocities. It is not limited just to those who kneel toward Mecca 5 times a day.
