Yes, it is not a pleasant experience but alot can be discovered and treated. I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease, which hes now been treated. It can recur so I have to have many colonoscopies.

Have had 2. Discovered that I have diverticulosis. Im happy that your mother is well despite the spread. I now have one yearly.

Yes - and it really sux. Make sure to take the medicine they give you. It will make you not remember the incident at all. You will be very happy.

thanks for the reminder..i am due to have a repeat one...soon...the advice of the doctor is to have it every 2-3 yrs...good luck to your mom.
