I think you are right in a way. I think alot of different religions have some truth top them. But Jesus said that there was only one truth and one religion. So one religion out there has to have the whole truth and nothing but. I'm looking for the religion that follows God's word to a capital T. Know any? To me so far it seems to be JW's but something I can't quiet relate to is the 144,000. How is it they know the number left of anointed ones, since Jesus' time. Anyways I'm still searching for the one true one, that abides by God's words and not man's fantasy.

Most "religions" have some aspects of truth ... else most would reject them.
However, should we settle for SOME truth, rather than for He who is TRUTH?
Signs of the times, many religions seem to have a realization that there is change coming. But just what "change" are they expecting?
No, they do not depend on each other to "fulfil prophecy". We depend not on religions to fulfil prophecy; rather we depend on Messiah to fulfil prophecy by His Return and setting up his Millennial Kingdom as He promised.
In the Kingdom there may still be remembrances of denominations but they will no longer be barriers.
As for denominations OR religions ... no, their "beliefs" are not the basis of the coming Judgement and NO they are not going to be judged by their own "deity". There is only ONE Deity, He who created the Universe, the heavens and the Earth.
Soprry, but He who made everything also gets to make the rules.

At the end there will only be two groups of people on this earth. One group will worship according to the traditions of men and the other group will worship according to God's commandments. It will not matter what religions existed prior to that point. If you want to know the details go to amazingfacts.org.
Currently the reason there are so many religions is because Satan is trying to confuse the human race and deceive as many people as possible. Many of them seem to have similar beliefs because all have a certain amount of truth mixed with falsehood. Each mixture deceives its own target group. Your mission should you accept it is to find the one religion or system of beliefs or denomination that most closely matches with the Bible.

Well.. there is a relation between judaism and christianity.. and so ther will be a lotta similarities.. and abt Islam .. i'm not sure abt this.. but it has a few similar characteristics of Judaism. The real question is wat are we doin after realizing that many end time prophesies are coming true... There are answers and then.. there are truths!! Hope we make the right choice and don't lose out souls over things that don't matter! God bless

All religions are right and none of them are right. Each try to approximate the truth in the best ways they can. Religious traditions are just that: traditions. They use the cultural mores available to them to try to get at the heart of how we relate to God. If, say, Mohammad received revelation from God today, Islam might look completely different than it does; the same can be said about Christianity of Judaism or Buddhism or whatever you like.

Only 1 can be "right"
and no, the power of suggestion is not at work in the real world. We are not each going to get according to our individual belief but we will be judged according to our individual belief. You see, our own beliefs condemn us-none of us live perfectly by our own beliefs.
Our eternal destiny is determined by only 1 thing-what do each of us do about Jesus Christ?
You must also remember, all non-Christian beliefs have elements of truth; that is why you see them intertwined. But only Christ is The Truth.
good luck

There can only be one truth.
Either we are living in the last days or we aren't. Either we go to heaven or we don't. Either the earth will last forever or it won't. Either God allows idols in worship or he doesn't. Either Jesus is God or he isn't. Either there is a devil or there isn't. The only way we can find out these and other truths is by examining the Scriptures (for those who are searching for the truth) with an open mind.
Oh, and yes I agree with Biblehelp - everyone will soon know what the true religion is very soon.

Many denominations probably have a great deal of religion correct and I think what it will boil down to is how did they live their lives and did they give their heart to Jesus. Outside of that not much else seems to matter. God knows all things including the inner workings of our hearts and brains. I think it would be ludicrous for us to even try to judge who is going to Heaven or Hell based on doctrine as all may have some gray areas. That is why we should judge not, lest we be judged.

The full understanding of the truth is too enormous to be comprehended or compacted into a single religion. Prayer is the only common thing in all religions. Through prayer we receive instruction as we are capable of understanding, if you leave your mind open for learning. Seek your answers from the source, through prayer, not through a religion that has closed its mind to instruction by righteous indignation. Patience will allow the great teacher I call God to let you understand Him as he sees fit.

Carl Jung said "All gods and goddesses are the same" We must be brave enough to declare that every culture must create its own God idea rather rhan rely upon outworn tradition.
Gandhi in the motion picture said "The priest-he used to read from the Moslem Quran, and the Hindu Gita, moving from one to the other as if it mattered not which was being read as long as God was being worshipped."
