This could be related to an eating disorder, or it could be related to some emotional problems like depression, etc., or she could have some other health issue. If your friend's mother has already taken her to a doctor, then they must be aware of the problem too. Keep an eye on your friend to see if her eating has improved or worsened, and if her mood or behavior has changed. If so, it's OK to let the principal, teacher, or her Mom know that she's not acting normally at school and that you are concerned about her. There's no way that you can make her start eating again on your own...this is something that needs to be addressed by a professional. I hope all turns out well.

It's possible that she just doesn't eat as much as everybody else. My friend is like that. He'd rather eat fruit and stuff. If she does have an eating disorder, it'd be better for her to start off slowly, not making her system crash. Also, she must make that desicion herself...

Yes your Friend might have an eating disorder.. this is VERY serious thing. first tell your friend that's its unhealthy to not eat anything and she will get sick and end up in a hospital... but s she still dose not listen to you or any other friends Please tell her parents for her own good but be open with ll this tell your friend that you love her and don't want her to be sick.

try chatting together with her back. She would be in denial. If she does not choose to talk approximately it or makes excuses, refer to her determine/dad or mum or somebody in school like a instructor or counselor.

if her mother already took her to the doctor, then there's nothing in particular that YOU can do, since her parents would already be aware of the problem.
if it looks like things aren't changing, talk to her, then go to you guidance counselor and ask.
