A podiatrist could probably help better. But you might want to invest in a good pair of shoes. I tried wearing a 3.00 bargin bin pair of sneakers once for 3 days, and every day I felt like I had been beaten from the neck on down with a rolling pin. Never again!

Good luck!

I know the answer i know the answer!!! YOu got plantar fasciateis! Let me guess when u wake up in the morning it hurs to walk, right? Then it gets better throughout the day until u rest and try to stand again then they hurt again> Ive had this condition for the last three months and im trying to get rid of it. Get orthodics made for your feet if u have flat feet. Put your feet on ice or take aspirin if ur stomach can manage it for the inflammation in your feet. Your suppose to rest your feet and avoid weight bearing activitis. Lose wight if u can,try swimming. Stretch ur calf muscle 4times a day and before u get out of bed stretch your calves, because the calf muscles are conneced to the bottom of your foot. It takes awhile to get rid of and hurts its been monthsnow and im trying everything to get rid of mine. See your doctor or a foot doctor. Goodluck!
