I am a Christian, I know that the terrorists are not Muslims, what they do goes against the religon they clame to be. Its sad that these people do such horrible things in the name of God.

Well for the most part they believe strongly in Wahhabism and are termed Jihadists, and what they are doing now is no worse than what 1946 post WWII reconstruction policies did to them, Europe and America started the war. As well there is a long history of colonial powers in the middle-east starting in 1019 with Richard the First.

Christian Terrrorists, the multiple factions in Norhtern Ireland, are christians.

There are sects of Islam that go beyond the teachings (or have radical interpretations of it), and they are the ones who practice terrorism. Members are told they will be redeemed in heaven, or that their families will be taken care of monetarily. Desperate times... desperate measures, so yeah... it's sad.
