My sister's getting married in 2 weeks and I'd like to do something special for her on her big day.... we didn't have the best relationship growing up, so I want to make it good :o) I'm looking for either a gift idea or perhaps something I could do, like a ritual of some sort. thanks.

I don't know any rituals, but try to take you cue from how's she's planning her day and try to build from there. Is the wedding completely traditional, or is she throwing in some personal touches. How about a slide show with pics of you and her growing up at the reception? Your whole family will love that! The spa day, the other lady posed to you, is an excellent idea too. Hope this helps! You could do the pampering thing with a spa day on you. something that i would have personally loved would have been a scrapbook of our childhood. you could also do a memory box of special things from her wedding. maybe momentos, a wedding favor, pictures, a copy of the invitation, stuff like that. give it to her when she gets back from her honeymoon, it'll be like extending her wedding day!
