I have like 2 sides to me. I'm very aggresive and easily pissed of and i really dont like people. But I'm also really kind and caring and love to just lay in a field or go and sit in the woods and go to a pond or river. I have really high self esteem but its also really low at the same time. I can be really depressed.

You may be suffering from bipolar disorder. Bipolar disorder, as the name explains, is recognized by its two poles, mania and depression.
The symptoms of mania can be:
- euphoria; high elevated mood
- feelings of grandiosity (thinking you can do something extraordinary)
- rapid, incoherent toughts moving from one subject to another
- high self-esteem
The symptoms of depression may be:
- crying spells (a lighter form of depression)
- physical tiredness; no energy
- no lust to seek joy
- very heavy emotional burden
- low self-esteem
There are also mixed states (mania and depression):
- feelings of agression
- rapid toughts
- low self-esteem
Most people have multiple mood swings a year. However, some do suffer from ultradian cycling, which is having multiple mood swings a day. One may be depressive for 2 hours and then mania may occur.
Sometimes one may even have normal mood combined with depression, swinging back and forth.
I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder too and was prescribed Zyprexa. It is a wonderful drug and I feel mentally a lot stronger. I lost my depressive moods, but still have mania (in lighter form). However, it does have some disadvantages. It can make you very sleepy (until your body gets used to it) and it causes massive weight gain (approximately 30 lbs or 15 kg on me). Maybe, if you care about weight gain, you should get another drug than Zyprexa (olanzapine is the ingredient of the drug).
In any case, I would discuss your mood symptoms very detailed with a psychiatrist. It would be useful, if you could speak some history of your personal experiences through time.
There is much more info that can be found on the net under the terms "bipolar disorder".

I would say that you have classic signs of depression. Go and see your doctor and ask them. Let them know how you are feeling.
Improve your diet that always helps. You are not alone feeling like this, I think if we girls all admitted it we have at some time in our lives flet the same. You need to take control and decide who you want to be so it makes you more aware when you are being agressive so you can talk yourself down a little. Talk to a friend or a family member too.

Honey, you are 13! A huge time for you! Body changes, hormone changes social changes...so many changes. It can be really confusing. Don't think you are the only one going through it.
I'm sure your friends are going through similar things. I'll let you in on a little secret. Your folks went through it too. I'll bet they could listen to you. Or if you don't want to share with them talk to your councelor (sp) at school. They deal with it all the time, it's what they do, it's free ( a biggie) and also confidential. No worries about rumors (if you share with friends) or your parents getting mad at you. As hard as we try, ( yes, I am a mom) we want to immediately fix the problem for you. We don't want you to grow up even though it is our job to help you do just that.

mood swings come with the hormone changes that occur at your age, it's normal, if not very fun. don't confuse confidence with self-esteem, confidence lets you be aggressive, tell people what you really think (fear can also have some of that effect), self-esteem is liking yourself, accepting yourself, allowing yourself to be confident, have emotions and not be afraid to show them. knowing what you can and cannot do and being willing to try. (i think i can, i think i can). you sound like your a loner, that just means you either like spending time alone or you spend time alone like it or not. if you don't like spending time alone, but feel like you have to, can't quite put yourself out there? that the self-esteem talking, not sure if they'll like me, so i'd rather just be pissed off, i'm fine by myself, who cares if i don't have anyone to talk. obviously, you do. scariest thing is to put yourself out there and test the water, you may think you're wierd, believe me, there's another nerd or freak out there that's stranger than you. and at your age we're all wierd. give or take 6 months and you are all going thru the same stuff, a few twist and turns for life style, even the coolest kid in school has problems and doubts, am i smart enough?, how's my hair today?
if you smile at people, you feel better (cliche but it works), they feel better, they notice you and that's not a bad thing, they also talk to you, maybe someone needs your help, maybe you need theirs. maybe it will just freak them out if you smile at them, whatever makes your day kiddo, you'll still feel better!

Talk to your school counselor about this, but be warned she may have to contact your parents, what you are feeling is signs of depression, you are not alone, a lot of people are diagnosed with this, and medication will help you, but you really need to see a doctor, so they can determine what kind of meds are right for you.
You may want to discuss seeing a Therapists too, this is a great outlet when you can't talk to your parents.
Hopefully you have caring friends around you.
Good luck

It sounds like you have a personality disorder or you just like to hate on some people. Chances are thought that you are Bipolar and you don't even know it. I would go see a Psychiatrist to be evaluated and see what is going on. There are many meds that work great for Bipolars I know i am one. Believe me I wouldn't wish this disease on my worst enemy.

Simple ... not "easy"--because that would "hurt your feelings"--but 'simple.'
Thirteen is a tough age: you're 'grown' enough to do some "adult"-things, but you're "not allowed to do them" as you haven't "shown your responsability"; you have high standards that others don't meet and which you sometimes can't hold yourself to.
You're "not a girl, not yet a woman." It's tough.
