Sex is very appropriate after you say I do! Not before! From a medical perspective it is really dumb to have multiple partners. All the readily available diseases - - - - EEEEEEWWWWWW

It's appropriate to have sex on the first date IF:
(1) You only wanted him for the sex anyway,
(2) You want to send a message that you don't equate sex and intimacy and love
(3) You want him to think you're easy and cheap
It's more appropriate to wait until you feel like the relationship could be going somewhere IF
(1) You actually like him as a person and could see it going long-term
(2) You want him to understand that you're a person who respects herself and expects respect from him
Like that.

No and doubly so if you don't know the persons past sexual history. To many STD's out there. While condoms do give protection they are capable of ripping etc.Sex should never enter into it until you get to know the other person well and you have a trusting relationship, and that takes time. There is no set time for these things, it depends on how much you talk to each other and discuss the obvious. Age also plays a big part. Are you ready for the consequences of having a child.

after you know them really well. Everyone has things they don't tell each other when they first start dating. If you are a teenager I would say take it nice and slow you don't want to sleep with everyone you date. Most teenage couples do not make it in the long term even though they think that they will.If you are an adult..say to yourself is this someone I might have a long term future with. If you are not interested in long term don't sleep with them just for the sake of sleeping with someone.

It depends. Many people consider it unethical to have sex before marriage, let alone your first date. If you think it is right, and so does he, you should have it when ever you are ready to, although i would wait till you know eachother well. Also, make sure to find out if he has any STIs before having sex.

It really depends on the person but if someone is really thinking of morality then you would say "NO" The right to have sex for real is after you get married but in our society right now, there are only few that are holding on to their virginity. If you are still a virgin, please hold on to that. That is the best thing that you could give to your husband and a gift to yourself. If you are not anymore still wait for the right time. Get to know the person better. You will feel when its time.

It's not okay to have sex on the first date, that shows that your too easy. It's appropiate to have sex after getting to really know and trust the person your dating.
