I met this guy and we are friends but he just refused to answer my questions. why? I don't know maybe a guy can fill me in and tell me why he is being so hard.

It would be much easier to make an intelligent guess if you told us what questions he refused to answer.
Perhaps he likes privacy. Maybe he had an ex-girlfriend blab about all kinds of stuff he really didn't want the world to know about. You know him better than I do, so your guess is probably at least as good as mine.
His refusal to answer doesn't necessarily mean he doesn't love or trust you. Nor does it necessarily mean that he has skeletons hidden in his closet. Those are possibilities, of course, but don't be too quick to jump to unpleasant conclusions. Some people just prefer a higher degree of privacy than others, and there's nothing wrong with that.

what questions? This makes a difference. Some things just like to you may be a little embarassed to answer. To answer some questions can make you feel not as much of a man so you need to ask the question to make him not feel that way. Or are these questions being asked like i parent does when they already know the answer? Ask the question and i will let you know why or why not i would?

Are you asking very personal questions? Maybe you are also asking questions he doesn't know the answers to or you are bombarding him with too many.

It's interesting that you are the one with all the questions and you're fretting about him online, and you say that he's the complicated one!
Most men don't like answering a lot of personal questions. We gernally prefer to give information of our own free will based on trust.

Girls gossip. Benjamin Franklin said it best when he said, "To find a girl's faults, praise her to her girlfriends." He might be afraid to speak to you because he thinks you'll go off and tell everyone everything he said. Give him time. Eventually he'll decide whether he can trust you or not. And if you keep asking him questions, he'll just get more suspicious that you're hungry for some juicy gossip.

Guys aren't complicated they are insecure. They are afraid to answer because they don't know how you will react. They don't want to do or say anything that will make you feel differently about them.

Maybe he is so insecure about telling you, because he thinks that you are going to tell your girlfirend, especially if it's something that should be kept between each other.
