I think this is Russian "Да, кохаем тебе ", can anyone tell me what i means in english.

I assume you found this on PostSecret today... I've been wondering the same thing!

"Да, кохаем тебе"

I believe the phrase on the postcard means "Do you love me?" (see the filename on the image).

So, perhaps this means "Yes I love you."

The first word is "da" or 'yes'. the last word is 'tebya' and it means, 'to you'. However the middle word, 'kokhayem' doesn't mean anything. It may be mispelled, or it might not be Russian. It could be Belarussian or Ukrainian as they are very similar character wise, but are pronounced different.
