Children lacking in manners are probably being brought up in an environment where manners aren't taught. Also, young children don't necessarily understand manners - they may not realize if they are being rude. Perhaps what you consider rude is not what their parents consider rude. Example: some people expect children to say sir or ma'am, others think that's unnecessary.

Children only learn manners from their parents! if the child has no manners then the parent is to blame for not installing them, a child with no manners must have parents also without manners

Some children do have manners. Children who's parents are too self-absorbed to teach them end up with no manners. That's a blanket statement. You can't say all children have no manners. They don't have manners until you teach manners to them.

The apples do not fall far from the tree my friend...plus I think parents are busier than they used to be with work and other commitments. Therefore they don't take the time to make the children display proper manners in front of them. They're too tired to deal with the hassle. Problem is, then when your children are in public it's hard to make them understand you can do some things at home but not in public.

Oh no! not all children have no manner. It's what you train up the child with that he lerns to do even when he grows up. Also the behaviour of the parent and people around the child can affect the manner of the child. to let your child grow with a good manner you must behave for the child to immitate.

Look at the parents. Children 99% of the time emulate their parents and often their peers. If the schooling of the 60's and before was brought back, where teachers are allowed to discipline the children and the police were allowed to give them a clip round the ear. You would not get half of the trouble you get now. Kids would have more respect.

Children lack manners because their parents are too lazy to teach them or don't have manners themselves, so they expect someone else to do it , like the schools.

Parents are abdicating alot of their responsibilities to school and then wonder why their kids are the way they are, your kid's classroom teacher IS NOT, in most cases your kid's parent.
