call Division Youth Family Services and contact Child Support.. Call u mom and let her know as well.. I'd even go as far as calling the cops and let them know how u've been neglected...

have you tried talking to your dad? You know once you charge a
parent from neglected etc. could be very hurtful for your dads career and would follow him around for life. Try specking to your mother about this BUT if your father is beating/hitting you then go report to a teacher etc. if still in school or call the county in which you live in BUT be sure you understand the meaning of neglected and just being busy at work and can't return all your phone call.

Go to his supervisor.
My bf was in the army and he said that men that were mean to their wife's or things like that got into big time trouble when their supervisors found out about it.
Find out who his commanding officer is an go talk to him/her.

Find out what unit he's in and contact his commanding officer and let him or her know the situation. You might also contact any JAG (Judge Advocate General) office and let them know also. Don't warn your father that you're doing this.

You cannot do anything about it. He cannot pay the child support to you.

Call his commanding officer, they seem to frown on things of this sort!

I can only guess that you check with your local DHS dept of human services, and see if they can help you.
