I have the medication and will take it. And I plan and taking all the prescibed doses. Just wondering if there is anything else I can to help my case along. Someone told me flax seed oil is good.

I don't know of anything else. Fluid, rest, make sure you don't get arthritis. Maybe some anti-inflammatory meds or supplements.
