If you can cook it and eat it then it is not carcenogenic...cooking oil such as olive oil and corn oil would not be sold if they could possibly give you cancer for under cooking. So in other words you won't get sick from undercooking cooking oil.

not all cooking oil is a carcinogen, but there is a type that can possibly be. Also reusing oil can be a problem due to free radicals. Not sure of the temperature though.
