There are tons! You need to include your neighborhood. Queens is the best borough there is for food diversity in my opion.

LGA is in astoria, which has an assortment of wonderful indian and pakistani places. They arent so fancy, but the food is great. Theres also a strip of old school italian places that are more of the resturant experience.
near jFK is Howard beach. Its very italian so they must have italian places as well.
citysearch.com probably has more specifics, or, any resturant listed on opentable.com is usally of good quality.
Or, you can got to chowhound.com and there are the 'outer borough boards, which has plenty of ideas to sift through.

The Austin Street area of Forest Hills has some great places like Cabana, it has delicious Cuban food. http://www.queenstribune.com/archives/diningguide/reviews/cabana.htm

Also, Bell Boulevard in Bayside has a lot to choose from. Bourbon Street Restaurant is fabulous. http://www.bourbonstreetny.com/information.html

I hope these places could help you.
