I have loved having the Graco Snugride infant carseat. I had an older Evenflo one before that. It doesn't matter where you buy it, just try and find the best price. And I would base your choice on what features and price range is important to you. I liked the model I got because the straps' tightness could be adjusted from the front and the sunscreen could be adjusted to any position over the baby. I also liked the colors, the many positions for the handle, the fact it came with LATCH, and the headrest it came with. I would compare the different models and decide what you need.

I bought a Graco travel system. They are more recommended than any other brands. It shouldn't really matter where you buy the car seat as long as it's not an imitation product. However, I would suggest to check out Babies R Us first and see if there's any patterns that you like before looking at another store. We bought a lot of baby products at Babies R Us because the items looked more stable and cleaner than other stores. Unfortunately, we purchased the travel system from another store because the pattern that we wanted was discontinued, so we were forced to choose another pattern. I would suggest that you get a car base with your car seat. It is much safer for the baby and you don't need to waste time on trying to buckle the car seat in the right position every time you take the baby on a trip.

Either brand is okay you can go to their websites and look up the manufacturing info on the car seats..and it really doesn't matter where you buy from because they all come from the same manufacture the only difference may be the prices
