France, England, Canada and the US have some of the more liberal immigration laws. South and Central American countries have good immigration rates. Australia and a lot of Asia have stricter immigration laws in effect to stabilize unemployment. Some Asian countries allow immigration but limit work opportunities.

Surprisingly enough Mexico has an illegal immigrant problem. Not only do people sneak in from the South and Central America but from the United States, Asia and Europe too.

The west then became the optimal valuable in those cultural aspects jointly as middle eastern countries too a decrease back seat. Militarily, the seventeenth century spelled the doom of the mid east. I doubt they will have as many immigrants as european/western countries do...
Middle eastern countries aren't very tollerant of outsiders... You only need to look at the stability of those countries to see that.
They don't like people pushing western views and religions on to them and trying to change their way of life, which is ironically exactly what the majority of them do when they come here...

Israel is the other country that allowed mass immigration to secure its position after uprooting millions of Palestinians from their homeland and grabbing their land. This was the worse form of immigration in our modern history
