Do you have Celiac disease? I ask because patients with Celiac disease need to avoid eating gluten products. Nevertheless, gluten is a protein found in Wheat, Oats, Rye and Barley (WORB). So, you can still eat rice or rice cakes, potato, corn or corn meal and squash. Most of these can be use to make bread, cakes, cereal, noodles or stuffing.

I have tried to stick to a gluten free diet for a cure for psoriasis, but it's very hard to do. Most bread an cereal contains gluten.

Corn, Rice, any other whole grain that is not wheat, barley, rye or oats. They make gluten free bread and crackers. You just have to look for them. Most vegetables. Most fruit. All meat. All fish. Dairy is fine as well.

I don't think you are going to be feeling deprived.
