im 15 yrs old & i am 5'1, How can i lose 15pounds in four weeks?

cardio = heart pumpin exercises such as running, biking, sports, etc

will help u melt the fat away

at least half an hour a day

if u want workout every other day so u give ur muscles a day to rest

proper diet = dont eat junk food, stay away from carbs/fried stuff

eat protein, veggies, fruits make u feel full. Drink lots of water

Buy some weights and search google for dumbell workouts

then do it at home. I find it better to do at home because no one is lookin at u or judging u so u feel comfortable working out at home

buy 10lb dumbells or w/e weight u can handle

so stay on a proper diet, do some light weight lifting ( search google for exerciese and do them in proper form ) and do cardio which is another for of exercise just like weight lifting only its not as tough. U want to sweat, sweating is a good thing

sweating = burning the fat

so once u do the cardio and burn a good amount of fat/calories

u need to stay on the diet so u wont put back in ur mouth wut u burned while working out

To lose weight you have to take in less calories than you expend.

This gives you three options:
1. Eat less
2. Move more
3. Combo *Recomended by Doctors

At your age you should consult a physician before trying any wieght loss plan so it does not hurt your development. If your doctor gives you the "ok" then go ahead.

To lose a pound of fat takes a deficit of about 3500 calories.

To lose One pound in One week:
Eat 500 less calories, Each day:
Exercise and burn 500 more calories, Each day.
Eat 250 less calories, and burn 250 more calories, Each day.

Thus to lose Two pounds a week
1000 less calories a day, OR
1000 more calories burnt a day, OR
500 less calories eaten AND 500 more calories burned Each day

Three pounds a week?
1500 less calories a day, OR
1500 more calories burnt a day, OR
750 less calories eaten AND 750 more calories burned Each day.

1. that still only gets you to 12 pounds in one month.
2. You must eat at least 1200 calories a day minimum.

Thus you cannot choose the diet only option to lose all the weight you want to. You can't cut that many calories from your diet without serious health consequences.

If you really want to lose weight, and keep it off I recomend Weight watchers. I have lost 39.2 pounds I am in week 18.
The first month I lost about 10 pounds.

15 to 20 pounds is a lot to lose in 4 to 5 weeks, ideally you should be losing between 1 and 2 pounds each week. Controlling your diet, and moderate cardiovascular exercise, will be the best way to lose the weight. Cut out fatty and sugary foods, and increase the fruit and vegetables that you eat. Walking, cycling and swimming are excellent weight control exercises, and the first two can be easily integrated into your daily routines.

first of all what is your weight at 5'1 you should be between 105-125 pounds depending on bone structure but what i do is im sure some ppl have hurt this before drink a spoonful of vinegar before every meal it helps the fat not stick to your body and also eats at the fat that you already have and drink alot of water
