Good for you! Literally, as well as figuratively -- my doctor told me I should be working out 60 minutes a day. (I can still only manage about three days a week, but it's a good solid hour each time.)
Of course, my doctor's recommendation was based on my need to lose weight, which may not apply to you. As long as your caloric intake is in balance with your exercise, you should just continue to improve your physical condition. Then when you finally DO get a boyfriend, you can wear him out! :-)
The main thing to do, if you're working out every day, is to vary your routine. That is, it takes a day or so for your muscles to heal if you're doing resistance training (e.g., weights or Nautilus-type exercise). So you might for example do "push" exercises (presses, push-ups, etc.) on M - W - F, and do "pull" exercises (curls, rowing, etc.) on T - Th - S. That way your muscles will have a chance to grow on the days you're doing the alternative exercise. This is most important if you're doing bodybuilding, but it's important even if you're doing resistance training (as I am) for strength, fitness and variety.

LOL, gotta love the last part. I think that's awesome that instead of sitting around and feeling sorry for yourself you're out exercising and being healthy. Other ways to take out frustrations? Have you considered (maybe you don't need to) taking a community college course or volunteering your time somewhere? It's very humbling and makes you feel good about yourself.

it is very healthy, as long as you are not straining anything. Masturbation would help too.
