You should be able to find pine nuts either in the baking section, or the specialty section of a major grocery store. Ask for help if you cant find them.
Lemon zest is the skin of the lemon that is scrapped from the lemon. You can get a zester in the kitchen section of most grocery stores.
Good Luck!

Pine nuts are the edible seeds of pine trees. I have seen them in salads mostly.
Here's some more info and some recipes for pine nuts...

Lemon zest is just the top part of the lemon peel. If you have a grater you just scrape the yellow off the lemon and you have the lemon zest.

Lemon Zest is the very thin outer layer of skin off a lemon. You can just buy a lemon and cut it off. Don't get any of the white though its bitter...just the yellow. They don't sell just the zest I don't think.
Pine nuts come in a bottle usually in the Italian Section of the grocery store. They look like big inflated sunflower seeds.

lemon zest is what you get when you grate the outside of the lemon (the lemon peel). It has all the flavor of the lemon without the acidity.
Pine nuts (sometimes called pignola nuts) are usually found in a small clear plastic container, in the same aisle as sunflower seeds, dried fruits or bulk cashews and things of that nature.

As they said, lemon zest is just the scrapings from a lemon peel (you only scrape off the color...don't keep scraping when you get to the white stuff under it.) and pine nuts can be found in the international foods aisle, like where the Mexican, Asian and Italian foods are. Pesto sauce is made with pine nuts and garlic and olive oil.

They have pine nuts at costco - and they are fantastic!
They are little nuts about the size of a sunflower seed.
I think lemon zest is just the lemon peel scraped into small pieces.

With lemon zest, you just use a cheese grater with small holes to get part of the skin off the lemon. Pine nuts are tricky to find, maybe you should look it up on food network, but they are good when they are in pesto.

Hogsheadspub means "scrape" a lemon - or, rather, grate a lemon's rind. This will give you "zest".
You'll find pine nuts in any supermarkets - but it depends where you are. They come from pine cones, and I know there are pine trees in every temperate zone of the world.

pine nuts are a small type of nut, typically found near the Italian foods section of a well stocked supermarket.
For lemon zest, wash the outside of the lemon and use a fine cheese grater to scrape the flesh of the skin.
