ie: if veils are there to protect women from lustfull males, then isnt it the lustfull male that needs controlling. or are muslim men supposed for some reason to be less capable of controlling their sexual desire than the men of other cultures?
also...if you make sex such a rare comodity in a society [by shutting women away out of sight] doent this funnily enough lead to the problem of sexually frustrated males?

I think whats good for the goose is good for the gander.
In other words, If women should cover themselves up , so should men.
Why the oppression on the women I'll never know . what are the muslim men saying to us , that they cant control themselves that their women have to cover up so as not to tempt them? If thats the case , then they should not be out in the workforce in the western world, because every day of their lives they are going to come accross western women that are NOT covered up in a shroud from head to foot.
I personally think it;s just another way to oppress muslim women , if they are required to "cover up " then their men should be required to do that also.
Men and women should be able to control themselves sexually > I dont agree with flaunting your body either, but for goodness sakes putting someone in a long shroud and covering every part of their body but their eyes isnt the answer either. Some poor women only see their world from a mesh covering over their eyes ..how sad ..and how extreme is that ?
I feel sorry for Muslim women I truly do, I hope that some day they get the courage to speak out against this mental and emotional imprisonment, if they have to do it , then their men should have to as well.

Muslim men should have it cut off ...it will save the world a lot of problems down the road....Muslim woman dump the veils your not that bad looking

Good idea..poor guys they can't control themselves but today you can buy chastity devices on the internet...why not but it might have to be made compulsory if women are to feel safe unveiled.
