Body fat is lost systemically, meaning that your body removes it from wherever it removes it.
The only way to remove fat from a specific area, with the exception of surgery, is general weight loss.
Although there are dozens of theories of how to best do this, the most basic is to lower caloric intake and increase caloric output.
Workout more and eat less.
More specifically, doing cardio about forty-five minutes a day will shave off about 250 calories and removing another 250 calories from your normal dietary intake will allow you to safely lose about two pounds per week.
Avoid the obvious, like french fries and high sugar items like cola. It has been said that the American obesity pandemic has historically mimicked the consumption of soda and that if the country were to cut soda completely out of our diet, we would be about fifteen pounds lighter at the end of the year.
Or you could just get a larger bra.
Good luck.

The best solution is to purchase a better fitting bra. Most department stores and victoria's secret have free bra fitting.
Cardio is the best exercise for getting rid of excess flab, but your curves will be much better complemented with a bra that fits properly and doesn't push fat around unnecessarily

It sounds like you just grew a bit. Buy some larger bras. Save the old ones in case you lose weight. Maybe some partners might even appreciate the larger size. I would I think.

Try a larger, more form fitting bra. Make sure the straps underneath your arms are wide. Don't go for the little trendy bras. Playtex bra's are a little more expensive but they really help.

Rhonda, it is time for a new (and bigger) bra!
If you really want to excercise this away, any cardio regime sustained for 20 muinutes a day will help you lose weight. It is very dificult to lose weight in a s specific place, so don´t bother. Good Luck!

You get a chair and put your hands on the front of the chair and bend your kness and squat. You do not sit in the chair, just use it for support. Use your arms to raise back up. I don't know how many reps but this does work. Hope I described this so it's understandable.

Easy excersize to do. When sitting, bend both arms at the elbow and place your hands on the dining room table and push. Then leave the table. This works best before the meal has been finished;)

Aerobics or jogging would help you to loose weight, but it sounds like your wearing the wrong size of bra. Go get measured at your local department store and they can help you get the right size.
