I'm not overweight; but I don't exercise and don't really eat healthy foods. I was just wondering because if I take a deep breath and it suddenly happens, it kind of feels maybe like a pop in my chest or something; not really, it's kind of non-describable.. It's been happening more and more frequently.

It sounds like indigestion or acid reflux. You really need to go see the doctor. Odds are it isn't your heart...not at your age. Since you said you don't eat right, it's probably gas. Get it checked out. There's medication for that.

Only a doctor can tell you and only then after an examination. Get an appointment right now.

Go see your family doctor or a physician, this is not normal, and could be a number of things.

What Zenas said. That is not normal in a 15 year old.
