I have notice most people answer that they should dump the person they are asking about.
Has anyone told that to you?
Did you dump them?
How do you feel?
Do you think they were right?
If so why?
And how much of the time do tell people that?

It is easy to see problems in relationships when you are not emotionally involved. Yahoo! Answers is not emotionally involved. And most of the time people write about problems that are very bad: Worthy of dumping. This might be why you see a lot of "dump him" in Answers.

when someone is asking for advice on answers they usually have their own ideas of what they need to do ... most of the time they just re-assurance ... if your in a bad relationship ... why stay? fear of never having a relationship again? or fear of being alone?
i don't feel the need to tell people they should dump them but most of the questions I've answered are about losers anyway ... why would you want to get back with an ex who is cheating on his very pregnant girlfriend?
no one should tell anyone what to do, just give suggestions on how to make their life better.
But if your actually taking the advice given ... maybe you should look into yourself on why you took it and even though it may of seem wrong now ... the only person to blame is yourself not the person giving the advice

Usually people need to validate their own feelings... they know what to do or what they want to do but need others opinion just to be safe.
Dumping is usually the thing to do! there are to many lonely people out there to settle for some jerk, male or female. If it is a one way relationship or destructive one just get out.
Its like a wagon wheel in a rut... when you get out of the rut it is smooth sailing... but hit the least little bump and your right back in the same old rut... and you can never stay out.

Been there done that.

Most people who come on here asking if they should dump sombody, have already made their decision and are looking for validation of that decision, or are looking for a reason to change their mind.

I have never seen a should I end it question without the asker having an opinon expressed either directly or indirectly in the question.

Usually people get told to dump whomever they're with in answers because they are completely messed up, in prison, cheating, on drugs, being beyond mean or rude to their spouse, abusing them.....the list goes on. If the spouse is unsafe or scared to be with the person, they should end things and move on. I doubt many people truly take the advice of other people on here.

I do, but I do agree that a lot of people do. I believe it is best to talk to someone first and see how they feel and see what the big picture is. I think a lot of people who use this website are not mature enough to give real advice.

i only tell people to dump their bf and gf when i hear the story and that i think they should. like when they are cheating and stuff. theres no need to tell someone to drop their bf/gf when they shouldnt. no one deserves to go thru heartbreak for no reason.
