Ok, I really like this girl, but she may be way out of my league. She's younger than me, but she's got that warm smile and playful look in her eyes that makes me feel giddy. Was wondering if I could get some advice on how to go about getting to know her better. She works at a bank, and she seems to like me. Would sending flowers be too forward, or could I bring her flowers to her work and say something like "I think you are beautiful, so I thought I'd bring you something almost as nice as you :)" I'm a little new to the dating scene, so any advice would be nice. go up to her and ask her out for some lunch and if she says
yes than ask her if you 2 can be friends than when she has a day off take her 2 the movies!!!!!! ya you could bring her flowers and say i like you a lot and i was wanting to know if you were intrasted in a movies and lunch!!!!!!!! i want you to give me a chance and well go for it!!!!!!!!!!

Be careful about bringing flowers to a girl you barely know; especially when she is at work and everyone would probably be watching you. Your best bet is just to see if she would be interested in doing something with you, if she turns you down gently then you have to take it like a man.
My reccomndation is to try to create a conversation that doesn't have anything to do with your bank account; find out what her hobbies are and if you have anything in common. If you do, then you could use it as an excuse to do something together. No random flowers at work.

I like the idea of sending flowers. Id love to get flowers from a guy. Send a message with them saying you like her and asking if she'd like to go out sometime. You seem like a nice likeable guy, so it should be easy to get a yes. This may not be the best answer, but good luck.

Try for the romantic aspect. If flowers are what you're feeling, then by all means go for it. But instead of a full bouquet, try just one rose and slip it under her window as a transaction and ask her out just then.
