I realize that this question will be pretty hard to answer, but I just want opinions. I broke up with my girlfriend about 3 months ago, and have just started the single scene again. I've taken home two girls in the last couple weeks. I used to consider myself pretty good in bed, with some decent staying power and 'artistry'. Now, however, the last two nights with somebody, I've been terrible. I've been like a virgin - a minute and it's over! This kind of worries me and definitely has torpedoed my self confidence. Where's the old me? Do you think I'm just out of practice? Should I be more patient? Or should I just say f*** it and go get some Viagra? Has anybody else ever 'regressed' sexually? Sorry I know this is a hard question to answer from only verbal info, but I could just use some advice.

I have been with someone who was "out of practice". Heck, I've even been there myself. Just be patient and it will come back to you. Good luck :D

Probably you were just REALLY horny from not having anyone, twice in 3 months is not that much sex. If you got some a few times a day or a few times a week, problem solved I think. Maybe try masterbating. If you really want some staying ower look into something called ESO. Stop just before you are going to come, then do it again. You can learn to go as long as you want to with a little practice.

Well I say you just should do more extended fore play. Or have the woman take control a few times, so that some of the pressure is off of you. Like tell her she can do whatever she wishes to you, within reason of course. Since many women are good at teasing and prolonging the sexual experience. So you can just lay back and enjoy. Til she gets you hot enough and you can get it on. Then it will be your turn.

Hello niwriffej,

It may take a little while, but yeah, you'll be OK. Just take a little more time when you're in the saddle. Yes, different women really are sexy in different ways and you are learning to appreciate the differences.

The thing is, you need to take your time to take care of the girl's needs too. Since you had a steady girlfriend, you sort of already knew what pushed her over the edge, but you need to take your time to learn what gets your new girls off.

Oh and don't forget to praise them for how sexy they are. That is why you are going off too fast anyway, isn't it?

Also, you need to check out the Tom Leykis radio show to learn more about what to do. Find out if this show is broadcast in your area. Here's his web site:

I hope that this helps.

No, it is going to take a little time you are over excited and that's why your going so quick, I went one time putting on the condom. LOL. Don't be in a hurry, settle down and take your time. I bet your orgasms are sronger too. Genicly with new women or a girlfriend that has been gone for awhile your body will want to populate the woman so to speak because it wants the most off spring.

There is nothing wrong with you and it is all in your head. A lot of men go through this so I have found. My fiance went through it for a while and when I talked to my guy friends about it they had been through it too. It is just psychological. You need a placebo, go to GNC and get yourself something for metabolism or to increase your labido. Take the pills and everytime you take them remind yourself that they are going to help you...usually this will work. If it doesn't...remember you are with new partners...it is kind of like going back to something after years of not doing it. You are excited and you are nervous....so stop being so nervous and start enjoying what you are doing, but I am telling you...it is all in your head!!

Wow, you're right...this question is very difficult to answer, but nonetheless, I'm up for the challenge. Consider this, when you ejaculate quickly, does that mark the last erection for the night or do you get up again? If not, it could possible be that you're not attracted to or connecting with this person. Or maybe you're just trying too hard. In either case, I wish you the best of luck with your dilemma.

There's a lot of pressure on a guy to 'perform' and satisfy a woman. this in itself doesn't make for a very relaxed situation.

Also- you've probably been masturbating a lot since you broke up, so your body is trained to perform differently.

Next time- satisfy her orally before you get your willy directly involved. That way you can both feel good about the evening.

Hey- congrats on getting laid twice, anyway. But it sounds like each one was a one-time affair.

Oh my, you have a problem, eh? I'm thinking maybe you need to masturbate before your next sexual encounter. Unless you're an older man, I don't think viagra is the answer. I wouldn't be concerned yet, but if this continues and you've tried "wives tale" remedies to no success, go to a doctor.
