This isn't a joke. I am a female business traveller with the unfortunate problem of motion sickness. I have found myself in an airport looking for clothes to buy and change into. One airport had a store with business attire for MEN, but not for women. Is there any hope of changing this?

Chicago O'Hare and Orlando both have clothing stores for women and I bet others do, too; those are just the ones that I've been and actually noticed the stores. A better suggestion would be to pack a change of clothes in your carry-on, though, because the clothing stores (like all the airport shops) are hideously over-priced and have a pretty dull selection.
