funny isnt it you can do one thing and lose somebodys trust but you have to spen the rest of your life tring to get that trust back its a catch 22 friend you cant ever get that trust back no matter how much you claim to have changed or how hard you try it dosent happen because weather that person you screwed over admits it or not it will ALWAYS be in the back of thier mind. I know...i have been on both ends

You just have to be true to whatever you tell that person you are going to be doing. If you say you'll be back in an hour, make sure you're back in an hour. If you say you are going to call them at lunch, call them at lunch. You get the idea.
Wherever you have the opportunity to prove that you are sincere and can be counted on to follow through, do it.
