Bad Idea, Bad Idea. It'll work fine as long as you can keep it fine. when things get bad it'll sour up the work relationship. However if it's for a short fling i don't see any problems. Had a one nighter with one of my team leaders once and it just made the understanding better.

no. if relationship goes well and you get promoted there will be rumors that you slept with hiim to get the promotion. if it goes bad you might lose your job.
