An old Irish pal of mine used to say:
"Now the Guinness is more like a food than she is like a drink."
Then he'd twinkle at you and say:
"And the proof of this is - when you've been drinking Guinness
you don't p*ss so much."
So there you are.
The website below can tell you how many calories there are in just about any drink.
It puts Draught Guinness at 210 per pint.
I hope that helps - and Good Health!

Loads! And it's full of iron, so I'd recommend you drink it during your period to top up your iron levels. I prefer a Black Velvet, which is half a pint of cider, stirred irregularly to get all the bubbles out, and half a pint of guiness poored slowly into it. MMM, tasty! Mind the alcohol though!

5% alochol by volume extra stout has to have a zillion calories. Not a good beer for dieting I just looked at the Guiness site and there was no mention of carbohydrates or diet anywhere to be found

Just to correct an earlier answer -
Black Velvet is Guiness and Champagne in equal quantities - NOT cider.
