If the dye job is bad she should. If she doesn't ask for the manager. If she runs her own salon I would say just don't go back again and tell all your friends!

If she did a bad job and damaged it I would get my money back and go somewhere else. If you just don't like it, I would talk to her about it and she can change it right then and there at no extra charge. Sometimes it is just a communication problem. Thats one great thing about color , you can always change it.

Well, you can try but i am not sure if its going to be for no extra cost. Probably they will give you it for no extra cost since they made a bad dye job :/ not fair if you pay for it. If i was a cosmetologist, if i made that error... i would of give it with no extra cost since it's my responsability to make a good job of it. ;)

Absolutely. But if she does a bad job the first time, she may just wind up making it worse. Get your money back and go some where else. Good luck.

Absolutely - you're entitled to a good job, and if they do a bad job, give them a chance to fix it...if they still do a bad job, get your money back.

yes just don't be rude about it.and be very clear on what you want if you change your mind and want something different than what you asked for the first time than expect to pay again. Either way you should give her another tip.
