First off WHY would you want to do that?!? If its you thats doing it! And second off yes you cant because I take lexapro and its can be very powerful. PLUS lexapro is a depression/anxiety medicine!!! SO i would assume if your taking it that you have one of those!!! So i advise you to go get your meds changed around because obviously your still not happy with yourself. Trust me I have been there I was on 200 mil. grams of Zoloft and almost died from it. Now I take Lexapro, Abilify, Topamax, and trazadone... So seriously go get some more medical help!! nothing is worth taking your life!!! Besides do you really wanna live in hell in your afterlife!! I dont think so!!!

You can overdose on anything. An overdose on Lexapro is not usually fatal, though, of course, it can be.
I hope you are not considering suicide. If you are please rethink it. You would end up getting very ill with lasting effects with a Lexapro overdose.
If you are taking Lexapro for depression and it is not working, please talk to your doctor. It did not work for me, and I tried Cymbalta and it started to work.

Yes, you can overdose on any med! The potential harm depends on the medication it's self as for lexapro, yes you can and it can be very harmful

yes, be careful. I had a terrible reaction to just 10 mg. Could never take it. My heart went crazy. Had to call an ambulence.
Threw those things away real fast and went back to the doctor to try something eles.

i have tried to OD on lotsa stuff...but haven't gotten around to lexapro yet.Will watch the other answers you get.
