This was a song I heard on Andre Rieu's Homecoming concert on PBS. On the show, they displayed English subtitles, and the words were charming. But the only lyrics I could find of it were in the native Dutch dialect of Maastrichts, which I can't read at all. BabelFish doesn't work for this dialect either (I tried). Can you translate this, please? Thanks so much!

Mestreech is neet breid meh Mestreech dat is laank.
Mestreech is de stad vaan de Gezèlle vaan de Zaank.
Niks is te lestig en niks is te zwoer,
want vruntsjap dat is noe zjus de krach vaan 't koer.

Veer zien gezellig es vrun ónderein.
Us te ammezeere, dat vinde veer zoe fijn.
Vergete is de zörreg die soms op us drök.
daorum koume veer edere maondag trök.

Ès veer zoe bejein zien, is 't altied raak.
Daan weurd noe en daan de kachel aongemaak.
Veer zègke wel ins hommel, meine niks daovaan.
Drinke us e gleeske en veer zinge daan.

Somebody may have to bail me out here... I speak Dutch as a second language but don't do dialects, but here goes...

Maastricht is not broad but Maastricht is long
Maastricht is the city of the Gezelle (?) of the Zaank (?)
Nothing is burdensome and nothing is heavy
Because friendship is now the power of the koer (?)

Pleasantness comes from within
Us te ammezeere (?) that is fine with us
Forgotten are the worries that sometimes pressure us
Therefore monday returns even sooner

(Es veer?) see a little bit is always reached
Then every now and then the switch is turned on
There are many proverbs in heaven, but mine says nothing on the subject
Let's drink once a little glass (implied: of beer) and sing
