a whole bag of chips and a can of dip everyday bad for health? if so how bad

Come on, who are you kidding. This is a joke right? Already assuming it is not bad for your health, what made you think that?
Get the idea out of your head first and put the bag of chips to rest together with the dip sauce. Knowing the portions served in the States, it will be these large bags.

So,

chips - very bad
dip - very bad
cola and pop soda - very bad
KFC - very bad
McDonald's - nope
Burger King - nope

Bad yes, because you're getting alot of cholesterol in the chips. Last time I checked, bean dip is also high in cholesteral, it's like refried beans in a can.

When I was a bachelor I ate so bad I became mineral deficient and it took about 5 years to turn it around.

What you eat is very important.

It's not healthy, but it is better than fastfood. Try to cut back though. Chips hve Saturated Fat, look for a healthier chip maybe.

of course it's bad. chips and dip are very high in fat and cholesterol. substitute some fruits and veggies instead.
